Your bottle becomes a wheelchair
in three steps
Bring bottles and caps. We send them to recycle. The money buys wheelchairs for children who need one.
-
You bring bottles and caps
Empty it, rinse it, drop it in one of the three school bins. Caps count too.
-
A recycling company pays for the plastic
We collect what the school drops each week and sell it to be recycled.
-
100% of that money buys wheelchairs
For kids who can't walk on their own. A wheelchair means getting places by themselves.
Where to drop
Three bins, one school. Empty it. Rinse it. Caps count too.
-
The cafeteria
Done with your drink at lunch or break? The bin is right by the cafeteria.
-
The playground
After games and sports, drop your empty bottles in the playground bin.
-
The entrance
Bottles from home go in the bin at the school entrance on your way in.
Small caps. Big change.

Which bottles can I drop?
Any plastic drink bottle. Empty it and give it a quick rinse first so the bin stays clean.
Do the caps count?
Yes. Leave them on the bottle or drop them in loose. They are plastic too and they get recycled with the rest.
Where does the money go?
All of it buys wheelchairs for children who can't walk on their own. Nothing is kept for the club.
Who can join?
Any Platon student, from primary school to high school. Fill in the form and the team will get back to you.
Where is "My week" saved?
Only on your own device. Nothing leaves it until you press "Send my week". It starts fresh every Monday.
